To qualify you must be receiving treatment or out of treatment for no more than four months and either have received treatment, or reside, in Palm Beach County . All you need to do is contact us by phone, email or mail and we can start the application process. Help and hope are on the way.
Patients are also referred to CAHH by cancer centers, other non-profits, oncologists, and a various number of agencies in the county or by self-referrals. Patients throughout Palm Beach County receive assistance from CAHH.
